1.1. Independent Pass-Through Software Engine
WebShipApp operates as an independent technological pass-through gateway, providing standardized interfaces for comparing real-time shipping tariffs, generating official airwaybills, and scheduling courier pickups via official APIs of DHL Express and FedEx Express. WebShipApp is not a common carrier and does not own physical cargo transportation aircraft or vehicles.
1.2. 100% Free Service Commitment
WebShipApp is provided 100% FREE of charge. We do not charge subscription fees, monthly license retainers, or transaction markups on airwaybills. All applicable freight and handling fees are settled directly between the shipper and the carrier via the shipper's authorized carrier account or accepted payment instruments.
1.3. Subordination to Carrier Conditions of Carriage
By submitting a shipment request through WebShipApp, the shipper automatically accepts and is legally bound by the official Terms and Conditions of Carriage of the designated carrier (including DHL Express Terms & Conditions and FedEx Conditions of Carriage), which govern all physical transport, screening, and delivery operations.
